Tamworth osteopath launches new GP CPD training workshops

Saturday, November 24th, 2012

Osteopaths in Tamworth at the Atlas Pain Relief Centre are launching new training workshops aimed at GP’s.

The CPD workshops will allow the GP’s to use the time spent to be allocated against their CPD requirements.

The first workshop is on 29 November 2012 at the Atlas Pain Relief Centre in Victoria Rd  Tamworth and invites have been sent out.

The first workshop will have guest speaker Mr Amir Salama who is a consultant shoulder surgeon at Little Aston and Good Hope Hospital and he will be joined by lecturers in back pain and sacroiliac joint pain.  There will also be a demonstration on how laser foot 3D scanning can accurately map the contours of your feet when prescribing orthotics for overpronation.

Hot and cold food is available for invited delegates and CPD attendance certificates will be issued at the end.

Atlas hope to offer regular CPD events throughout the year and look forward to networking with the local GP’s

Tamworth Physiotherapist John Williams of Atlas Pain Relief Centre has designed a unique physiotherapy treatment for sacroiliac joint pain.  Sacroiliitis is an inflammation of the sacroiliac joint and is often mistaken for low back pain.  Physiotherapy in Tamworth at the Atlas Pain Relief Centre is proving 99% successful in treating the condition in less than 6 visits.

For this unique Tamworth physiotherapy treatment you need to contact the pain relief clinic.  Tamworth physiotherapist John Williams has been visited by patients from Lincolnshire this week and many more travel a long distance to access this unique physiotherapy treatment for the sacroiliac joint.

Unlike Tamworth chiropractor and Tamworth osteopath treatment for the sacroiliac joint, the Atlas regime does not involve manipulation of the pelvis.
